How can I exchange a product?
Did you order the wrong size product and would like to exchange it for a different size or color? That's okay, it happens to all of us.
We have a standard 14-day exchange and return policy for new products.
Product exchange:
- Contact our customer service and let us know which product you would like to exchange for. If the replacement product is more expensive than the product being exchanged, be prepared to pay the difference according to the instructions. If the replacement product is cheaper, we will refund the difference to your chosen payment method.
- Purchase "Product Exchange" from our online store, which costs €3.50. This includes the shipping costs and supplies for the new product. If necessary, pay the difference for the more expensive product to our account.
- Send the product to be exchanged to us in its original packaging and protected, for example, in a bubble wrap bag.
- We will send the new product as soon as the item arrives to us.
How can I return a product?
